We at Digital Packaging Solutions, specialize in digital printing and in 2008 completed the installation of an Agfa Dotrix Modular digital web press. Designed from the ground up as a modular solution to meet the demands of short and medium length runs, we have the capability to print to maximum web width of 25 inches at a rate of 70 feet per minute using the latest technology of proprietary print engines along with uv curable, quick dry, fade resistant, and smudge resistant inks. Results are impressive over a variety of substrates such as SBS, CNK, CCNK, and various plastics and vinyl. Pre and post flexo stations are also available for either inline printing or coating.
